Ok I would like to talk a bit about fortune telling or horoscopes and signs.
Did you know the practice of these things are detestable in the sight of our Lord? Reading your birth sign i.e. Scorpio, gemini, leo. Etc. Is a form of astrology. Which in essence is divination. Astrology is the study that assumes and attempts to interpret the influence of the heavenly bodies on human affairs". All this is a form of witchcraft and sorcery. It is very bad to even practice or to even read this stuff its like your saying I'm a christian but when you read that stuff and even worse believe it your saying God doesn't have the answers for your life.
In Acts 16 we read of a woman who had a spirit of divination. And she kept following after paul she kept saying that "these men are bond servants of the Most High God who are proclaiming to you the way of salvation. She kept on and paul became annoyed he turned and commanded the spirit out of her and it came out that very moment".
It isn't good to be relying on horoscopes or astrology to determine your day or week not even for fun you are flirting with the devil and evil spirits that you are not going to want messing with you. Even if you think its harmless it isn't.
In Galations 5 we read that people who do these things will not inherit the kingdom of God.
We read in Deuteronomy 18:10-12. There shall not be found among anyone who makes his son or daughter pass through a fire one who uses divination one who practices witchcraft or one who interprets omens or a sorcerer or one who casts a spell or a medium or spiritist or one who calls up the dead for whoever does these things is detestable to the Lord". God is telling us through His word not to even think about these things if we are children of God we don't need to look to the stars for our answers because we can look to the very one who made those stars. If you feel the need to look to horoscopes and astrology fun or not for answers then you don't know the God that I know God will guide you.
So let us come to Him and lean on His understanding not ours or any other person who claims to know your future or tries to predict your future God has a will for your life trust Him to show you.
Proverbs 3:5,6 says trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding in all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your paths.
You see we don't need all the humbo mumbo in this world to tell or show us our future when God has our future already planned and its better than anything we could imagine so trust Him read His word lean on Him and prepare to have the best life in Christ. Amen.
